Each season Collectiv360 has a Players Board for each sport. A Players Board consists of current season players that discuss what is working and what is not working within the league. Specifically the board discusses rules, provides feedback to the league manager, and makes modifications to rules by majority vote at the meetings. Collectiv360 helps sustain the league by recruiting free agents. They are an integral part of keeping the league running and it helps ensure that rosters are complete to have a successful season. Free agents are generally assigned by need. Basically, if your team roster count is below the minimum count, you will most likely receive free agents (if available) to complete your roster. Need a Sub?

Our league really wanted to offer the ability to use substitute players should you not have enough players be able to make it to a game. We thought about it and we came up with a solution. In order to make sure all players are covered by insurance and are not playing for free when everyone else has paid the registration fee, we decided to allow subs for a fee of $10 a game (covers insurance and processing).
